68 in Jan. Advice? Craft your regrets into peace of mind/wisdom through enlightenment and effort on behalf of others

Pretty sage... Since 12/24/24 was one of the prime caretakers of my FIL who went down hill fast, and left this mortal coil just a few days after his 89th in early Feb. Since then prepping his house for sale, not having much time for music or exercise or peace. Had a very time consuming change of Internet and cell providers - then the day before the PC I ordered from Backstreet arrived, my PC died - couldn't even get it to boot.

But that house is done tomorrow, goes on market next Wednesday, and wife retires in June. Hope I can return to the state of mind I was in when I wrote that last post. Hopefully our 25% of the sale will back fill the loss in our investments that seem inevitable.
