Just curious how many songs the average head-fi'er has in their library. Were all here for the music first, so what do you got?

My Itunes Library lists me at 12,505 songs, 1154 albums, 254.19 GB but Ive got a long way to go until I finish uploading what I want from my college's music collection. Im guessing this number is low for head-fi?

I've only uploaded ~2000 songs, but in ALAC, that tends to take up space. I need a couple new external hard drives. CDs? 750-ish.

I have only about a hundred records, plus some gigs of Mp3s, mostly underground metal music downloaded from the internet, self produced albums, demos etc, stuff i rarely listen to...

I downloaded my cds before finding this purgatory. I only did favorite songs and in 128k. Some of the latest stuff has been done lossless but I have to do it all again. Anyway 12,022 songs. I've been buying cds since 1986.

About 10k songs. But recently I've only been listening to what I have in physical form.

So, my collection stats are as follows:
172 CDs,
~20 LPs (with some dupes).

And some music DVDs and Blu-rays.

Digitalized collection = 760 GB (FLAC or MP3 for earlier rip)

I gave up to count the number of my CDs after it exceeded 1,000 eights years ago..

About 5,000 songs, but I haven't ripped for over a year. There's a serious backlog of discs.

Problem is that these are ripped in AAC and I'm still agonizing over re-ripping everything into FLAC or ALAC. I'm going to have to sooner or later - the CD collection has grown and continues to grow, so it's going to have to go onto a server one of these days. I've just been dragging my feet as to a new computer and DAC.

16000 songs, and an entire wall missing in my bedroom covered in cds just stacked up (will try to get a picture... my current camera is broken and I am unemployed). I've decided to stop ripping since EAC likes to eat my drives

I have 3000-4000 CDs. Have owned and sold back probably another 500-1000. I have about 300-500 LPs.

6,445 songs, 51.77GB

I've started getting into vinyl though so my digital collection will halt until I get myself a NAD PP-3
