Last night we made potato-chip crusted chicken, with a bit of a twist. We used the new Lay's chips, in two flavors. For myself, I did a Siracha chip crust, while my wife went with the Chicken and Waffle flavored chips. The Siracha chip crust was great, had a nice kick to it. The Chicken and Waffle crust wasn't bad, but a little sweet for my liking.

Next time, I'm going to do a buttermilk soak, with some Siracha added to boost the flavor a bit, and add some moistness to the chicken.

After some burnt fingers, and several terrible looking ones, a few decent looking tuile cookies.

White tablecloth service! YES!
And incredible looking food too.
What are the condiments on the bottom right corner of the noodle dish?
Ultimate yummy!
