There's a discussion topic about music players right now and I was wondering, how many GB do headfiers have in:

1. FLAC/ALAC (lossless)
2. MP3/AAC (lossy)
3. Other formats

4. Total:

You could also mention the streaming services you use.

Thanks

I have about 1.2 TB of music.

I think my SACD collection (ripped with PS3) takes the most space though, because each album is several GB.

MP3 is maybe 10-20GB
SACD DSD about 625GB.
FLAC about 450GB
WAV rips (I never converted for some reason...) about 50-60GB.

Total of about 234 GB comprising:

74 GB MP3 (9602 files, will include cover art, etc)
160 GB FLAC (3212 files)

I'm gradually reburning from CDs and buying from HD tracks etc as funds permit, so there's some duplication in there ...

Winamp says I have 21563 items [92 days+17:36:03] [221.72 GiB]

In addition, I have 2 walls full of vinyl and about 500-1000 CDs (just a guestimate).  Oh, and boxes and boxes of old cassettes - box set operas and orchestral stuff as well as regular albums.  I bought a nice use Yamaha deck from ebay a few years back with Dolby S.  It sounds nice, warm and analoguey for a change!  It can record briliiantly on a good quality metal tape too.
