I apologize if this is in the wrong subforum; I couldn't find a better place to ask it. If I missed it, it would be appreciated if someone would link me the correct forum.

Anyway, as the title says, how long does Shure turnaround typically take? I sent in my SE215 (with warranty) a week or so ago due to a faulty connector, and they sent me an e-mail three days later saying they received it. I'm sure they'll replace the whole assembly instead of repairing it. So, if anyone has gone through this process - how long does it take? Yes, I live in the Con US; specifically California.

Don't worry. Shure service is top notch. I don't live in US and sent my broken 535 and was fast and efficient. They even sent me a new tips..

Probably 2 week total turnaround - so should be one more week until you get your (new) pair.
