Guys, unless he has a valid question, just dont post in his threads. if you feel like he's just posting pointlessly, and no one but Slipknot is posting in his threads, it will be blatantly obvious whats going on. also, his threads wont get bumped by others' comments, and they will just get pushed into oblivion...sorta

so PM a mod, then just ignore pointless threads, and it will all go away.

If we conclude that MacDEF has been here for about 550 days, then that isn't really THAT high a post count at all...

And as has been stated, he... along with me and my 2370 or whatever posts are both mods... we have to clean the place up, and we have to know our stuff... THAT is how we get high post counts...

My threads tend to be "odd" and "different" but according to recent surveys, most people find my threads to be adequately useful.

4900 posts over 550 days = less than 9 posts per day.

On average, one post every two or three days is moderator-related (the average has been higher the last few days, considering I've had to remind you to use the search engine at least four times

), so it would be accurate to say that my "post rate" is about 8 posts per day.

That's a lot (at least I think so), but there are many members here that post more than 8 times per day. Your first day you posted around 70.

As for your question about how anyone could have 4900 posts... the answer would be "By posting for 70 days at your current rate"
