How high is your Monthly Cable/Satellite/Internet Bill?

Hmm, lets see, I pay $20 a month for a 4mb/1mb DSL connection. Then $90 a month for cell phone and I do not own a TV and instead us a TV Turner in my PC and just pick up the over air stations.

AT&T is actually very cheap for net, and their DSL is generally the fastest in the US. My area just got a second station and I'm lucky to be very close, my neighbor hood has the fastest connection in my town everyone else maxes out at 3mb/768kb for $20 a month.

$30 a month for DSL 3MB/768k. Not a TV guy so never renewed my Dish subscription. Cellphone at $34 a month from T-Mobile for a 3 line family shared plan with 1000 minutes

Time Warner charges me $100 for 90 stations with HBO and cable internet. If I were trying to get my dollars worth, I'd try to save money in other areas. TV/internet seems to be expensive no matter where you are.

Around $145 for Road Runner, Digital Cable, an HDDVR Box, the HD Sports package, HBO, Showtime (both with their On Demand channels), a regular DVR box, and 2 remotes.

I pay $63 for the first six months (this is month three, after six that price doubles) for 70 some channels of extended basic analog and some HBO and starz on digital, plus 5mb down / 256kb up. The net is nice, my ip has never changed, and they don't block any ports that i know of ... but what good is it with 256 up. Also I never use my digital cable. I hate my cable box; the guide is slow, it has ads everywhere, plus it doesn't work at all with my mythtv setup.

Why didn't I just get a cable card? or at least a cable box with firewire (they say its disabled (even though the FCC requires it to be enabled)sigh)

I checked and HSOD is like $20 per month in Canada I think. What a shame, becasue my dad and I are definitley missing out on some great studio moments. Oh how I can only dread you Americans.

I pay roughly $45/month for internet, my cable is currently just standard cable...but it's free. When I bought my house I told them to come and disconnect it because I wanted to get sat or digital cable. The guy came, went in the backyard and left...my cable has been working ever since...it's been almost four years

As soon as I get a HD tv I'll look harder at digital cable and all the options...

$60 a month for 1500/256 ADSL PPPoE/oA and a 20GB download limit

Welcome to Australia, where internet is in the stone age.

edit: Forgot to add that Telstra, the part government owned Telecommunications service that owns all phone lines in AU turns down DSL upgrades twice in a row. Bástards.

I have the exact same comcast setup, I think it is like $126.00. I am using vonage @ $27.29 a month as well.

I have thought about going digital phone but the reliability of that signal is not what I experience with my telephone. So no digital phone for me, at least with Comcast.

Most of the time it is ok, but when Sci-Fi has its final season shows its down. Or some other special it will be down. Murphy strikes here at the most unusual times so if I went with digital phones it would be down just when I really needed it most.
