IIRC Mr. Grado prefers Grey-do and I guess its a proper way to pronounce it, but which is easier for you, use it. I pronounce it in way how it is written and how we fins pronounce the letters. So we use Grah-do oriented name.

Hey man, no offense (and you wouldn't know it if I didn't tell you so no worries), but this same topic seems to come up at least once per year. It then gets debated and debased to death. John Grado himself says Grey-doe, so that's good enough for me.
