How do you pronounce "Grado"

Is it Grey-do or Grah-do, the "ah" being pronounced the same as the "ah" in "Brad".

To settle a little argument here...

IIRC Mr. Grado prefers Grey-do and I guess its a proper way to pronounce it, but which is easier for you, use it. I pronounce it in way how it is written and how we fins pronounce the letters. So we use Grah-do oriented name.

Hey man, no offense (and you wouldn't know it if I didn't tell you so no worries), but this same topic seems to come up at least once per year. It then gets debated and debased to death. John Grado himself says Grey-doe, so that's good enough for me.

In interest of saving the planet and Jude of some needed bandwidth, I'm hereby calling this a closed case.
