How do you pronounce ... AKG?

I think myself it would be very more worthy to ask how people say Sennheiser, rather that AKG.. ..

Yes! Thats how I've always said it too. I can't believe only one other peson says it like that! Never even thought of saying it any other way. Oh and Grado has always been GRAH-doh for me - but GRAY-doh sounds good too. Gee...these "pronounciation" threads are really interesting...

My gut tells me that in my head I've always thought of it as Dee Non. I even own a Denon receiver! But maybe the guy at the store didn't correct me, or was wrong himself.... Perhaps 7-8 years ago....

Perhaps not so much Deeee but surely not Duh or even Deh....

Will since it's an Italian (Latin language origin) name I am willing to bet the true "correct" way before it left Italia is Grah-do.

"Ack"-"Guh", like first you see someone scary coming at you, then they punch you in the stomach.

Deh-non.

Gray-doh.

Eh - K - Gee.

Sen - hai - zuhhr.

I seem to have correct pronunciations.

But then again, I did pronounce cache as cash-eh, as if it was French and suffixed with a t, for about a year.

well..as someone said, Grado is Italian, so "Grah-Du" would be better said
