Finally figured it out - turns out you have to download a different version of iTunes for 64 bit versions of Vista. Doh!
How do I put lossless files on my iPod?

You could always rockbox it and use flac!

Rockbox will just kill your battery anyway, to the point of making your portable device non portable, almost.

iPods plays wav as well. Just drag it in and sync up easy as that.

Ola amigo, poderia me explicar em mais detalhes como fazer para colocar o LOSSLESS no IPOD, eu baixei uma tonelada de arquivos LOSSLESS e não consigo coloca-los no IPOD, pode detalhar e me ajudar. HELP ME PLEASE.
