Modern devices are for rich guy? It not show "If you a poor guy don't buy it" on the box.

Sorry, I'm a very poor guy. But, I have ears. I can listen the music.

Let MS make a policy "It for rich guy".

Though they have the Zune HD repair parts as an option, there is nothing there. Also they have not updated their Zune repair services to include Zune HD repairs.

I do agree with the OP though. He knows he is at fault for cracking his screen. But the product is obviously not even close to a year old and even when saying he will pay the cost for a repair from the manufacturer, they are not helping. That is bad practice.

Even when my Cowon D2 screen cracked, Cowon offered to repair it for a cost regardless how long past its warranty it was.

go here
https://service.zune.net/en-us/devices/manage
register your zune and theres an option for cracked screen
online is the way to go
they're phone service sucks **** took many 10 mins and yelling at the phone before i even got an option to talk to a human being apparently if you need to talk to someone
you have to go through the whole ****ing automated process three ****ing times without an option to talk to a customer service rep before they put you through
**** that ****!!!
/rant
anyways just do it online it's a mostly painless service and i'm still a microsoft customer
ps i sent my zune back last friday for faulty battery
