I was going to buy ath-m50s, just wondering if it is comfortable with glasses. If not , is there any solution ?

My frames are not very thick, so I never had an issues with the m50 and my glasses.

IEMs offer more bang for a buck anyways...
but if you're okay with other sealed headphones, they might be okay.
 
(not a big fan of headphones + glasses... -> looks sexy on girls though, just saying)

My friend has the M50s and glasses and has never complained about them

They're OK. I wear contacts, but sometimes when my eyes are tired I put on my glasses. I think if you wear glasses though, circumaural phones won't ever really be that comfortable, depending on the frame style of course...

... I was wondering... why did nobody type about the loss of SQ if the isolation of the pads is compromised?

There is none to my ears with the M50 and my skinny/small framed glasses, the clamping force is enough to keep them isolated and not compromise the SQ for me.

Not very good because they rest on the earcups.
