I have gone back to stock tips as i get a better seal in the left with them...
Still waiting for Comply's from USA..

What about using a leather punch tool? These can be found at home depot or lowes for pretty cheap. They have several different diameter punches.

To prevent the foam tips to slip away fron the nozzle part! ... and The tube is wrap around the nozzle! C'est bon?
