High-End headphone which isn't heavy and don't have harsh highs?

Really? You can afford the LCD2 but can't afford the 95% of electrostatics that cost a lot less?

Great headphones. Shame that they dont cost $1200. 
HD650 would also be a nice choice. 


Hah. Exactly. If they were priced at $1k people would be yelling about how amazing they were. Incidentally, that's probably exactly what Senn are doing, discontinuing the 580 and raising the prices on HD650 and HD800. Oh well, good for them, bad for us.

HD580 = $180 master-class superwizard god-tier headphone for the money. After all these years I have not managed to outgrow it despite being a dedicated Gradophile. I still think it has a fighting chance against the Orthos too..

HD700 will be bass-light, and would have a touch of sibilance, according to the headfonia review. Do not want.
Yes, its was pre-production sample, but i think its too late to change anything at this stage, and production models will be the same.
I think i'll just order HD650 in addition to my D2000. D2K for movies, atmospheric games, dubstep, etc. HD650 for everything else.
