I'm partial to Guylian, myself. I tend to like Belgian chocolates.
My husband, ever since reading about slave labor on cocoa plantations, now will only eat free-trade chocolate. He's quite partial to Lake Champlain, I believe.

Didn't eat chocolate for a while, but decided to pick up some at the supermarket a few days ago. I chose the Anthon Berg 72% plain dark chocolate, and was happily surprised. Very edible for such dark chocolate, not too bitter. One of the better darks I've had.
It's a Fairtrade thing as well.
