I also didnt see the points but later saw (link below) there is a 50 day wait period after placing the order which is 25th Nov for me, if I still haven't got the points I'll send an email to hifiman support.

That explains it! My order was on 2023-10-14, so 50 days would be 2023-12-03 in my case.
