Hey guys.
I want to buy new headphones and i am interested in these models. The 400i are $180 on amazon and the 4xx are $170 on Massdrop. I know that they use same drivers, but some people says that 400i sounds better and others that 4xx do. I also read that 4xx have more bass, but 400i are clearer in that point. I prefer the 4xx's construction becouse of the 400i's breaks; but well, i read also some problems with 4xx too, so i am not sure which should i pick. I will use them for music (rock,metal specially) and gaming.
I hope you guys can help me and tell me your opinion about it. Sorry for grammar, my english is not so good.

I've never heard the 400i, but I had a great time with the HE-4xx. The bass was wonderful -- very punchy!

I HIGHLY recommend them for improved comfort and seal.

Thanks for share ur experience. I am using the Superlux hd668b atm ($30), so i think it will be a very very big improvement. I believe i will go with the 4xx becouse both models are almost the same, but i think i prefer the design and construction of the 4xx for a little. Also they are $10 less expensive
