Hello !

I recently decided to order the he-400 headphone from Hifiman, as my budget is 600 dollars, which 200$ desktop amp with DAC should I buy with, the Hifiman HE-2A or the little dot MKIII ? Or if there is another one better from the same price ?

Thanks !

The Hifiman HE-2A has an integrated DAC while The Little Dot MKIII is a standalone amp. The Little Dot MKIII may be over your budget already. They typically go for around $190 to $240US + shipping on ebay. Not to mention you will still need a DAC. The Hifiman HE-2A is probably the way to go if you are looking for a budget tube amp with integrated DAC.
