Hifigo responsiveness

I have decided to order the Dunu DaVinci. Prior to placing an order, I noticed some head-fi members had luck asking for a free gift in the form of Divinus Velvet Eartips. I decided to try my luck and they were kind enough to do the same for me. In all my years of buying online, I dont remember ever getting a free gift after asking for it, so that made my day.

My first time using Hifigo, but the first impressions are good. They were quick to respond to my inquiries, and kindly came through on the request mentioned above. I will now await the delivery of the order.

I use them quite often - I’ve always found that they dispatch quickly and their support team respond quickly and fairly. Had an issue with some tips that came with an IEM and they offered more than fair compensation which was refunded immediately.

No issues recommending HifiGo from me, only wish I had asked for some velvet tips with my order of DaVinci!!

HiFiGo has been consistently good with my orders. I made a few purchases from different Chinese resellers, HiFiGo has done the best job in quickly shipping my orders and answering any questions.

Ordered several times from them, always fast shipping and quick replies if you contact them. Had a problem with a defective hiby r4, ship it back they refund me the shipping cost and send me a new one. Can't reccomend them enough

I purchased a couple mid to high end amp/dacs from HifiGo. I had really exceptional experiences.

I recently purchased a Topping DX9. A couple days later the amp/dac went on sale. I contacted HifiGo Support and requested to cancel my order. I was going to repurchase the item for the sale price, but the item was already shipped.

The support team was very quick to respond. Fortunately they were willing to issue a refund for the difference of the sale price. With 1000% confidence I would absolutely purchase from HifiGo again!

Do you guys buy directly from their homepage?
3 out of 4 times, I have had to cancel or change my order, due to items not being in stock, but I simply cannot find any "in stock" indicator on their homepage. Everything looks like it is in stock.
Am I blind?
It is really annoying to order something, and then a few days later wonder why it hasn't shipped yet, email them just to be told stuff is not in stock :/

I ordered a BTR17 and got it after 2 weeks today. I had ordered a black one but they sent me a blue one !
I’ve written to them about it and waiting for a response. Let’s see if they hold up to all the good feedback here.

Update: Hifigo was quite responsive and problem was resolved in a day.

Although I must point out some important details for anyone buying from here.

Returning items to China is not easy. Hifigo asks you to limit the shipping charge to $10 but the cheapest tracked shipping from Germany for eg. is €49.99. They also ask you to declare a lower value for the item which is also not so common here. Furthermore sending items with Lithium batteries is not so straightforward for private customers.

In the end for me it worked out because instead of sending the item back to China I was able to hand it over to another person who ordered the same item and coincidentally he was from the same city as me so it was resolved quickly and easily. This only happened because the device was just launched and since it’s not yet available in Germany a lot of people are ordering it from Hifigo. Aliexpress FiiO store does not ship to Germany.

I asked for a refund and now I’ll wait until the BTR17 is officially available in Germany.

Keep this in mind :)

I also bought a BTR17 from Hifigo, and paid extra to have it delivered in 6-10 days, I’m almost to 20 days now, sent one email at 10 days asking what’s going on, 4-5 days later got a reply that was pointless, so I told them can I get the extra money back I paid for faster shipping, few days later they gave me 500 points thru them…stupid and annoying, this is my first time buying thru them, and now will be my last, I hate buying anything directly from China, not once have I ever got something on time, I’m done with buying anything from anywhere within that country…

Yes, I second the great experience. I never had any issues with refund or in any other problematic situation. It always went smoothly with them. They are very responsive, considering, and pleasure to order from them. I always check first their store if the thing I want is there.

Its an old post, but wanted to still add sth. 😅.
