To me they sound the same and I do not see sense to pay more for a beautiful interface M1.

Great, i saved some money then. I choose AP60 over M1, just because micro USB out..i don't have UCB C otg cable !

Is there an easier way to get to the home screen than continually hitting the back button?

  Hello! I have a problem with my AP60. I have xDuoo XD-05 and I want connect my AP60 as USB transport to them. But I have a big problem. the sound output from the XD-05 is very quiet. The volume is set at maximum on AP60, and on XD-05. For comparison, a bunch Shanling M1 and XD-05 is working correctly, the sound is excellent and adjustable. OTG adapter checked, he's fine, through it works great with smartphone, and with M1 that are connected via an additional adapter micro USB to Type C. On AP60 installed the firmware 1.02 b, in settings exposed to USB mode. Help me, АР60 I like more than M1, ergonomically it fits me much more and it's the one I want to use as transport for XD-05.

 
The problem was in the firmware 1.02b. with firmware 1.01b it worked as expected.

I wouldn't buy something based on one person's opinion. I would have asked for more, maybe try the M1 thread.

I have 23,001 "items" on my SanDisk Ultra 200GB Micro SD (SDSDQUAN-200G-G4A) according to Windows Explorer. I don't know if that's files and folders or just files.  That card in the AP-60, after a file scan, tops out at exactly 15,000.  Songs play.  No error messages.  I have played mp3, 24/96 WAV,  DSD 64 files with no issues.  Firmware Beta 1.01. 
 
My music library is mostly in individual folders by artist with a bunch of single song files also in the master/top level directory.  That's how I copied my music to the microSD card.

Question:  In low gain mode, does anybody get a spike in volume at volume level 18?  Volume level 17 and 19 seem consistent, but, volume level 18 has a volume spike, maybe up 10 levels up or so.

I don't have any volume peaks at 17 18 19 ....  Very smooth increases.  
Gain Setting Low (All I use)   Equalizer off....
Latest firmware.

Must just be a feature of my player.  I don't listen that low too often anyway.  Thanks for checking.

I contacted Hidizs about the Marvel AP60s & I was inform that they plan to release the Spider-Man & Iron-Man AP60 next Month.
