is this player warm? neutral? bright? and how is compared to the original r6 first version i had one of those..color me not impressed

No idea what you mean?, describing a dap/electronics in such a way is a tired meme and a hangover from old analogue/tube hifi days of old, if you apply eq you can tailor the sound however you like.

Sounds perfectly normal/good to my ears

is the sound super revealing or is it more smooth bright means like sometimes will hurt your ears because its to high pitched sharp smooth is warm sound where everything is there but not sharp edged

Depends on how the music you are listening to has been produced and mastered, and your choice of headphone/iem, and your personal hrtf, and your personal ear canal length/volume, and the volume you listen at- all of that will have an effect on what you perceive, the player has a flat response, otherwise it would be considered a failure in design and wouldn’t get through to production/manufacture

I don't have this version but it seems that its a little more warm than the no 2025 one, and the background is more darker than before (less noise, which is a nice add).
So, it may be a neutral warm dap. Of course, it will be better to have a real comparison than my response

I would describe it as warm sounding too. Of course the Hiby R daps have various sound tuning options available including MSEB and the newer DRX10K dynamics EQ.
