The first surprise is the USB DAC and Headphone Amplifier E10K Type-C. Being a hit in the foreign market for almost 10 years, it is going to continue the rest of the stories.
Still being simple, pure and portable, the E10K Type-C comes with an all-new flagship XMOS XUF208. Supporting up to 384kHz/32bit sampling rate, it does a better job in USB decoding with great adaptability, helping to capture more details in your music.

The second surprise is the upgraded version of the Flagship Portable HiFi Bluetooth DAC and Amplifier BTR5.
The new BTR5 takes an all-new ES9219C DAC, which has better performance and stronger decoding ability. While ensuring low power and higher SNR, it is capable of handling MQA decoding. The wireless experience starts here right now!

The third surprise is the #Desktop DAC and Amplifier New K3# with huge performance improvements.
The DAC chip is changed to a flagship ES9038Q2M, achieving a big leap in both SNR and distortion. In addition, we have noticeably improved on various performance indicators to move the sound quality to a higher level.

A NEW BTR5-2021 ?!
But... ES9219C (the chip shown in the advertisent above) was a new chip in november 2019, and have a little better sepparation and MQA decoding capabilities in contrast to the predecessor ES9218P (from BTR5). The CSR8675 bluetooth chip is also the same as in BTR5, with 24bit/96kHz capabilities. With the new ES9219C even the oscillator became almost obsolete for the hi-fi mark. So, it seems to be only a marginal upgrade of the "old" BTR5? Or a marketing-catch to justify a higher price? Well, we'l see soon... :)

Nice to see this upgrade, FiiO! But it's 2021... where's the 4.4mm connector?

I've noticed that almost none of the manufacturers who make products like this have a 4.4mm connector. I'm going to guess that the reason is firstly that the official Pentaconn connectors cost a lot, enough to push the cost up considerably. Also, there aren't any suitably high quality Chinese copies of the 4.4mm socket to be reliable enough. I could be wrong through.

Dear friend,

Thanks for the feedback. As the 4.4 socket is larger, so it will take a long time to modify if changing the design. So we did not add the 4.4mm support in the new BTR5.

Best regards
