Help with turtlebeach.

hi, i have the turtlebeach headset px21 but is not playing stereo, instead is playing mono. I mean, when i try to test the right and left chanel both channels plays the same thing. I even tried to lower the level of one channel to 0, but still can hear the same thing and with the same volume in both sides. I tried this with my cheapest headphones and i can clearly hear just the right side or the left side, or both at the same time.

Plug it in fully is the only thing I can think of dude, sry, we're headfi, not tech support. Contact turtle beach about it if you can't fix it.
