So I just bought myself a new Asus E1 and Im loving it so far. Sound is not perfect and I have yet to try it with a record player or just two active speakers, but it fits all my needs. Except for one.. for now...
 
Im trying to get sound from my computer, through the dac to my surround, using toslink. Is there any way that its possible? So my computer is my main source for music and my surround is sort of my output. If that makes any sense.
 
 
Please help! I want to know if this works. How should I connect and so on...
