Hello, I want to know which headphones should I buy.

i would need them to listen to electric music (all the famous dj's) mostly and watching movies aswell.

I want them to have the best quality sound I can get at my price range.

My price range is 55-70$.

Thanks for the help!

best for the price honestly IMO is the monster gratitude. About 60 dollars on amazon. Some might hate on amazin, but when theyre 60 dollars, theyre AMAZING. I've recommended it to a lot of people. Theyre really great

If ATH-M30 is really the cheaper variant of ATH-M50 as some reviewers say, it's worth considering.

Save up and get the Audio-Technica ATH-M50.

Totally agree on the M50 or even save up for the DT770.  I don't really think you're going to be satisfied with anything in that dollar range given your tastes but good luck with your search.

Knowing what previous headphones you have listened to would be helpful. Otherwise the Creative Aurvana live is an awesome can for 60-70, and good for electronic.

You might want to clarify which CAL! you're referring to as I hear the new one is a step down from the original :)

Oh yea I forgot they just put out the second one! After a quick search is seems like the first one is still around 70 on amazon while the CAL!2 is around 100. Definitely go with the original for your budget.

How are these headsets : m50 vs cal vs akg k518 for electric music?

I like good bass aswell so which one has a better bass?

M50 has better bass than CAL. I haven't heard HD518. It's supposed to be the bassiest of the HD5x8 series. Accord to the charts, M50 has more.

The M50 has better bass than the CAL!,  but you will shell out about 40 dollars more for it. Considering they are your first dive into the world of headphones you wouldn't go wrong with either. It's a slippery slope for your wallet though my friend =p

I think he's referring to the AKG k518, which I know nothing about.  I thought he meant the Sennheiser one too when I read it the first time.

You're right. That had not occurred to me.
