I have a Lite Dac-ah and I recently made some changes to my system. The 6 volt output is now way too much.

Is there anybody out there who could mod this thing to give me about a 3 volt output?

From what I understand, the existing 6 volt voltage regulators can be changed to 3 volt ones. Of course, I can't do this.

Thanks

Don't quite understand what you mean...

You mean that it's too loud for your system?

It doesn't (well, shouldn't) output 6v at the RCAs, between 1.0-2.5v is more common.

The 6v regulators control the power supplied to the DAC chips, not the actual power output at the RCA sockets.

Not sure how you could lower the output at the RCAs, but it's not by changing the regulators.
