About seven years ago I bought a DIY amp from someone on this board. I don't remember his name, but he was a pretty popular member of the board and had a cottage business selling homemade amps.

Anyway, I laid my amp to rest for a long time but now I'd like to start using it again. Unfortunately I've lost the AC adapter he included with the amp (which was from Radio Shack) and I don't know what the voltage requirements are. So I need some help figuring out how to buy a replacement.

Can you post some internal pictures? maybe someone can identify the layout.

The two batteries appear to be in series, which would give 18VDC. I think I see a label for '24V' somewhere on the board too. So, you probably need in the range of 18-24VDC for the wall supply.
