I am using my replaced cable for my hd amperior, It really struggles me when I try to plug it to my any mp3 devices.... they all been protect by the case, so every day I have to use my hd amperior with a giant 3.5 jack plug... the problem is I have to take off my mp3s' case, so I can plug the jack in.....

I am try to change the jack plug, that means I will have to DIV my cable....
I have no idea with it...
1,where can i buy the 3.5 jack plug? (prefer on amazon)
2.what other tools do I need to prepare? ( for non-knowledge people)
3,where can i get the work process?? (step by step)

You can get a 3.5mm jack from Radioshack locally. If you are willing to purchase elsewhere, Markertek, Redco and various other places stock them. I recommend the Switchcraft 35 series. You're going to need a soldering iron, wire strippers, and solder at the minimum. Home Depot or Lowes both have these items. There is a post here in the DIY forums, how to make an interconnect step by step with pics, it should have some information for you.
