In short, the headphone jack plastic unit from the fiio e17 portable headphone unit is shattered and, to my capabilities, non fixable. I have searched online, and cannot find a national or international source for a replacement of the headphone jack to be fitted by a friend who has electrical/soldering knowledge. If there is an alternative/aftermarket solution it would be equally as helpful. Thank you in advance for response

Sorry if this isn't of much help. You could crack it open and see if there's any part numbers on the jack.

Yeah, sorry for delayed response. There was no parts number; no visible form of individual component identification. I will keep browsing and considering my upgrade

...and have you email FiiO to ask for the part's model / number yet? They are known to be quite helpful.
