I recently purchased a used RHA T10i from the Facebook Marketplace for a great deal of $35. However, upon trying to test the earphones, I encountered an issue. My laptop successfully detected the earphones and even displayed the Realtek Control Panel app. Yet, when I opened Spotify to assess the sound quality, I was disappointed to find that no audio was playing through the earphones.

To troubleshoot the problem, I also attempted to connect the earphones to a different laptop, but encountered the same result.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Your guidance on how to fix this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

They are hardwired, so it could be a broken connection anywhere along the way. If you are good with a soldering iron and a drill you can find YouTube videos on how to rewire them, or even install a detachable cable.

Just make sure the volume on your computers isn't muted for some reason!
