Does anyone know to repair er4p's? There is a small chip in the tip of the barrel that exposes the filter. They are definitely out of warranty and I'm going on my honeymoon in less than a month so there probably isn't enough time to send them in to be repaired.

Maybe I could use this as an excuse to get the e500's as a wedding gift to myself? hmmm...

send them in. i send my out of warranty ER-6i on May 14th via regular mail from NYC. on May 17th they sent me a brand new pair and i had them next monday! I only had to pay for shipping there... thats it

I had the standard cracked tube issue with a pair I had and they were out of warranty. I send them in and at the same time got the cable replaced with the twisted version and they only charged me $50 for the cable and return shipping all the way to denmark. Great service
