It looks like a netbook but the price definitily not! And, why do u think there would be a laptop with VERY GOOD cpu but normal video card or hard disk? Manufacturers seldom do that kind. Maybe diy can help u.

Lenovo S10 starts at $300 brand new. Sure it might not handle the Photoshop all that well but it's tiny (10.1" LED backlit screen) and has pretty good reviews.
