Hi, maybe this is a stupid question but I wonder if I can connect my headphones directly to my audio system which only has output for the speakers via black and red cables. like this:http://www.dhresource.com/albu_276120016_00/1.0x0.jpg

I know this is commonly done for high impedence 'phones, but I myself don't know how to do it.  I also would be interested in the answer.
