Alarms wake me up all right. I switch them off and tell them to them to go to hell and let me get more sleep, but I do hear them.
Man was I ever tired today...it was hard to drag myself out of bed because my bed was warm and it was rainy and cold outside and I spaced out through classes and everything. The bad thing was that my first class of the day is Music Appreciation, and the teacher uses a piano as his desk at the front of the class so he can demonstrate things using it. But this class, it was turned around facing the opposite side that it normally does. This time it was facing the right, and I was late and sat in the very front on the right side of the classroom, which means the teacher was like right @$%#!ing in front of me, so I couldn't really just fall asleep in front of his face as he was talking
I nearly dozed off anyway...that was a struggle, I mean he was playing this really sleepy, dreamy song by Debussy. When he asked the class's opinion of it, someone said they were really tired and it made them almost fall asleep.
LOL, I guess I wasn't alone.
Anyway...if I get enough sleep and get on a regular schedule, I end up waking up around the same time anyway, alarm clock or no. I usually wake up around 7:30 on weekdays, and when I don't set my alarm on the weekends I wake up at this time anyway. That's probably the most natural way to do it.
I really needed sleep this weekend and slept till like 10-11 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I've heard you're not supposed to do that, that is sleep real late on the weekends, because it throws off your sleeping schedule and then you're tired the next day. Boy was I ever...
And when I'm tired I make nice big, long rants like this for everyone
