This is the comfiest pair of headphones I've ever used. I just wish it had a mic. I'm looking to get a gaming headset that's very similar to this. What draws me to it specifically is the very large ear size.
 
Do you guys have any suggestions?

Ooops, guess I should have said you can add any add-on mic you like, to use with the HD558.

No way! How would you do that? That seems pretty cool. I'm rather ignorant when it comes to headphones/mics, so things that seem pretty intuitive are probably foreign to me.
 
edit: also, how large are the extenders in comparison to the 380 pro? as in, how large of a head can it fit? mine is larger than normal, so that's been a bit of an issue when getting circumaural headphones/sets. but the 380 pro was great, so if they're quite similar then i doubt it'll be an issue.
