Yeah, I just got a three-pack of sharpies: black, red, blue.

The texture on the black part is not ideal, since I originally did it in red, and then put black over that. But the picture was also taken immediately after i did it, and now they look quite a bit better. If you only do one coat, you should not be able to see any texture defects.

I bought two sets yesterday from Circuit City (price-matched with the Radio Shack ad). Planning to mod one of them (re-coloring, maybe the quarter-hole pad), going to give away the other.

Thinking about going back to buy more units!
