I'm not getting any younger and my hearing isn't what it used to be. I have partial hearing loss. Too many live concerts and nightclubs half a lifetime ago.

I recently tried the Mimi Music app which offers a hearing test and personalisation and my mind was blown. But I don't want to be tied to an app that can only play some of my music collection.

So I did some googling and found that there are headphones that offer personalisation, either internally or with the aid of an app. Great!

Brands I know of:
- Nura
- Even (EarPrint)
- Beyerdynamic (MOSAYC)
- Skullcandy

I'm looking for a more complete list of such headphones.

Also I'm interested in comparisons from people who have personally tried and bought more than one of these.
