headphones to sleep in??

My HD580's work like a charm. Though sleeping on your side is difficult, its possible. I use a pair of smaller pillows instead of a larger one and put them so the cans fit in the gap (or sleep on my back). They work great. The white noise-like whur of my computer fans (note they are slow 120mm variety, not 60mm screamers) plus some quiet music works wonders...one positive application for the 580's sound-leaking ways.

I sleep on my side too and I've been sleeping with my V6 on for almost half a hear now. I've learned how to sleep on my back but my neck wouldn't allow it so it's been giving my constant neck pain for the last six months (I am talking about pain every single day). Even now, I still refuse to sleep without my headphones on and I pay my chiropractor $30.00 per session to relieve my pain.

Am I being plain stupid? Yes. Would ever give up listening to music? NO.
