this is my first post here on the forum.
I just got myself a new pair of JBL Live 650BTNC and I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase.
I tested all the features and everything seems to be working fine but when using the companion app, JBL Headphones ( version 5.5.9 on Android 12 ), I noticed that personal EQ setting have significantly lower volumes than the stock presets even if I just simply touch one of the nodes on them.
I am pretty sure it's an issue with the app, but is anybody else having the same problem? Should I try downgrading the app?
