Hi. The library at my college has Sennheiser HD 545 and I really like their open airy sound. What headphone should I get under $100 that is similar to Sennheiser HD 545 Reference?
 
Also, what is the best USB sound card under $50?

I had some 545's back in the late 90's before I upgraded to the 580's, which sounded the same, but with more detail. For under $100, I would suggest the 558's if you can get a deal, but I haven't heard them personally. I do have the 598's and I feel they are similar enough to recommend.

Goodness, I didn't think anyone still had 545s besides me. I don't have a recommendation, but I'm happy to report I'm still enjoying mine since the late nineties(or even earlier; I can't even recall which year I bought them).

Sennheiser HD 380s come kind of close. You might find a used pair for under $100. A little less bass, perhaps a smaller soundstage but I love mine. I just bought a used pair of 545s today and the comparison is fresh for me.
