if you have approximately $50 to spend then i'd suggest going with two. ksc75 for when you can live with open headphones and jvc marshmallows for when you need some isolation. i was on business travel for the past two weeks with the jvc and was quite happy with the level of isolation they provided. i was constantly on trains and airplanes and the marshmallows provided enough isolation for me to enjoy my music. i liked them so much that i almost picked up another pair while i was in japan. both the ksc75 and marshmallows together should run you about $40.
