I do recall the pads were not terribly comfortable in the PRO. I may have to give it another listen.........after the TM's!?!?!?

The ones on the LE are less comfortable than Elite, but so are all things! They are comfortable to me, and have become more so over the week that i have had them. They are a fairly stiff viscoelastic foam, with washi covering. Interesting and pleasantly-textured stuff.

They are different with the plate materials and the electrode structure.

Interesting. Are they more similar to the 45 in structure and sound but have the specs of a standard 300B?

Also, my amp currently uses AC power and Elrog recommends DC only for their tubes. So I would have to upgrade my amp before I can use Elrog tubes.
