Headphone shops in san diego?

I've been to Mission Valley Best Buy and listened to their more expensive headphones.  It was fun.  If you go to do this, I suggest you bring a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter as a lot of their headphones have 1/4 plugs.  With the adapter, you can use your portable device with an 1/8" jack or the mac they have on display.  When I went a while back, they even busted out an Audioquest Dragonfly and let me try that out.  Definitely fun.

I'm almost a year late into the conversation but seeing as I couldn't find any information online...

There's a shop in National City called Pitbull Audio that sells some of the more popular cans.

I was able to try out a bunch of AKGs, M50s, MDR-7506, the DT series and Shure SRH840 (and of course Beats if that's your thing). Prices are good too and they are really cool guys.

Also Guitar Center has the DT 770/880, SRH 440/840/940, some of the cheaper AKGs, and the Senn HD25-II (no HD 5XX / 6XX, only 280/380)

The Best Buy in Mission Valley has a Magnolia Center. They have the HD598/650 out on display, and probably may have a 600/800 in stock as well if you ask.

For Beyer I don't know. What are you looking for? T1? Interestingly, I don't remember seeing Beyers there.
They have the wooden Audio Technica and B+W P7 though.
