So between last night and today my microphone started producing a low frequency feedback noise. I want to say it's because something isn't grounded but I don't know what could have changed since last night with that being a possible cause.

When I touch my computer case, the noise level drops dramatically.

I checked the 3.5mm jack and cleaned it out with compressed air, nothing changed.
When I blow into the mic is mutes the feedback momentarily then it starts up again.
When I clench the mic tip in my hand it becomes substantially louder.
Touching the end of my iPhone charging cable that's plugged into my computer dulls the noise like touching the computer itself.
Touching my desks metal legs amplifies the noise.

I'm using an ASUS DGX 5.1 Sound Card with a pair of MMX 300s.

I read elsewhere that it could be interference from my GPUs as the sound card is just above one of my GPUs in the 3rd PCI-E slot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I apologize if this is not the right section but I didn't see a FAQ/Bug/Glitch section listed?
