Yes I'm concearned about my music leaking out of my KCS75s. I asked my wife could she hear my music when I stand next to her, and she said that she couldn't. IMO, if your music is leaking out too much, you should reduce you volume a little (for your own safety
). As for people talking to me, I usually watch their faces and their lips. If they're lips are moving and looking at you, that is when I'll remove one side of my phones (music is too good to remove both
)..
