Headphone amp for HD650s - do I need one?

Thanks, you're all very kind. So, which headphone amp would you suggest? And I'm not Warren Buffett so do have a limited budget - $300-$400.

I've read here that people like the Gilmore Lite with the hd650. But I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm mis-remembering!

This may be a reasonable advice for a portable player, but the worst thing you can do in the case of an integrated amp with a (likely) high output impedance.
