I'm looking to build a tube headphone amp. for $200 or less.
I'm going to use it with my computer and Onkyo receiver.
Current headphones are Audio Technica AD700s, might get Grado SR-125i.
Are there any places that sell all the parts for the tube headphone amp. in one kit?

Are you willing to scrounge and scavenge parts? If so, you might be able to pull off Eric Barbour's Brute Force or the Kurt Strain OTL over at HeadWize. Iron for the Brute Force can be had around $150 if you buy new and careful part selection (no boutique) might be able to get it in under $200. The Kurt Strain amp only needs one piece of iron, so it'll be easier.

You'll need to hit hamfests, junk stores and flea markets to find a case to repurpose on the cheap. Either that or make your own from wood and a couple of aluminum plates.
