Recently had the sound die in 1 ear on my re0's which i hadn't had for very long.

When i received the replacement, they were to my surprise.... a 2nd hand pair, which cosmetically looked much older and more abused than the pair i sent in.

I was honestly expecting more from the company.

Has anyone else had bad experiences?

Perhaps there is some mix-up? You should contact Nankai about it.
