Headbuds ... whats the best?

I'm surprised no one's suggested getting an inexpensive amp as an option. I've been reading up on the super-mini thing, and hell I want one! I think I might buy one myself.

Angel, I have the MX500 and take my word for it, it sounds much better with an amp, my amp is an ETA42 (an older custom version of the famous META42).

I think a fellow member by the name of MacDEF would be glad to go into detail about this subject for you if you ask him to.

The amps Audio&Me is recommending are portable amps. The supermini is especially small - smaller than a floppy disk!

Another vote for the EX70s.

One pair of 35's has a slight fault - I'm hoping that they will get better with break in though.

I got them from Martin O'Malley [mrtibbs@att.net] but I don't know if he's still got some.

I have to say that I think the 35's are excellent. Although the Ety's are better, I don't listen to the 888's very much any more and the EX-70's and MX-400 are assigned to bedtime use.

Well does anyone reccomend anything that is not huge like big ass DJ headphones ... but relatively smaller ... ?

But still pumps out very good sound.

Is there anything out there like that?
