Dear Valued Customers,
our initial shipment of HE400i from Hifiman was smaller than requested. We have sent out all available headphones, and are awaiting our next shipment, which we anticipate should fill all remaining orders. Hifiman has informed us that they expect to ship them on Dec. 21, with us expecting to take delivery and begin shipping to our customers on or around Dec. 27.
We apologize for the delay, the timing is unfortunately out of our hands at this point.  If you need delivery of the headphone before Dec 25, it may be possible to replace your order of the 400i with the HE400S instead, which we do have a limited stock of currently. This would be a done at no extra cost to you, despite the higher price of the 400S.

This is what I received today by email. UNBELIEVABLE !!! 
I ordered on November 21st with one week / ten days shipping time frame and after that I received an email on December 1st saying that there is a delay and shipping will start on December 7th in the sequence of orders received
On December 7th I got in touch with them and have been told that stock was scheduled to arrive tomorrow, Dec 8th and today  on December 14th I got an email saying that it will be shipped on or around Dec 27th , funny thing is that they " ... are awaiting our next shipment, which we anticipate should fill all remaining orders" so it is not even guaranteed as far as I understood
It is pity that I have lost so much time with this company and it is pity that I did not use that money to buy something else during that period that actually was the best period of the year !

I did request a refund and am awaiting for a reply

  Has anyone had their 400i shipped yet?

 
We've shipped 60 pairs so far (last Saturday, Monday, Tuesday), which is all that we had received, and are waiting for the rest of our backorder. we still have about 20 to 25 that will need to be shipped when they arrive
 
edit: we now have 5 more pairs that will ship today or tomorrow. The shipping notices for those will be sent out today.

Mine have been sent out. Estimated arrival is in a couple of days.
